I have had one major gout attack. There is swelling with gout.
And red skin color. The pain is substantial, and throbbing in nature.
The toe I crushed, under the boulder (broken in 2 places) often
prickles at night. Majorly, esp if I bend it or wiggle it. That pain is like 10 sharp needles, and no throbbing.
If I put Salonpas on it, that stops.

The X's in that product designate a very dilute homeopathic concentration. I don't see how they arrive a milligrams. Unless it is milligrams of the X dilution....we are talking very minute amounts of anything in this.
