You know, I sure wish they'd do it 'right' the first time (Re: padding it, and some even get their IPG's put in a special little 'pouch' so scar tissue won't invade)
It's so frustrating seeing all these folks having to go back for all these revisions! THIS is why we need more and more folks who've had SCS's for some time now (a year or more at least) to come here and offer advice/suggestions.
