if you are in the USA, most counties and states have medical clinics associated with their health department, where you can go and pay on a sliding scale with very low pay for unemployed or low income patients.
Can you call your current doctor's office and explain the dilemma and see if they can refill your prescription for you by contacting the pharmacy...or if they have to see you, ask for a payment plan.
Also, the ER at a state or county hospital will not turn you away if you need to see a doctor urgently to get correct medications, as someone with diagnosed seizure disorder or epilepsy
