Until all forms are in and a decision is made, at this point, the correct answer is no, and it will make you ineligible if you say yes I think. Also, if the doc who has been prescribing topamax is in the other state, the office can call any pharmacy anywhere to have it filled. Very good idea to get all medcal records.
