Thanks, DesertFlower, for the suggestion that light activity helps. I know that overdoing it is a disaster, so I got it into my head that no exercise at all is best. But, I see now that that doesn't necessarily follow.

There's so much to learn, and every time I think I've figured things out, the situation changes! I guess learning to deal with the changes is one of the things to learn...

Now I've gone and used up my caffeine-energy with deep thinking. Oh, well.
