sore?
Abby,
I too get sore when I do repetitive activity. I notice it especially on days I work out in my yard. When I come in my arms and neck are so sore and heavy. I don't notice it as much if I go for a short walk or something quick but days when it takes me hours to accomplish something it gets much worse. I was in really good shape before MG and could work 10 hours outside or walk 5 or 6 dogs in one day with no problem. Now walking 3 exhausts me and leaves my legs feeling like lead. I think the muscles just weaken quicker now than they did before. I try to work for a while and take a break, then go back for a while longer. Resting in between seems to help. I do know that when I continue to push myself on a good day I end up having 2 or 3 days after where I can't do much. Sometimes it is worth it if it is something I really need to get done. I sure do miss having my old energy!!!
I was just thinking last night I need to tackle my closet. I have alot of clothes that no longer fit and need to get them boxed up. It is a major project for one person let alone 7 kids. You definitely had your work cut out for you!!!
