My stress level is through the roof and my hands and feet are going crazy buzzing along with some muscle twitching .. I dont think its carpal tunnel but who knows at this point. Also, the surgery seems crazy to me I dont think I would go down that road although im sure it helps some people.
Its dissapointing because previously for 2 weeks i felt amazing after my soft tissue therapy.. but today it seems its all back for some unexplainable reason :/..
thanks for the responses I truly feel welcomed! .. Ill move this into another subforum when my results come back.

Believe me when I tell you that STRESS CAN KILL. It's a fact. If you are under a lot of stress, well, bells, whistles, and EVERYTHING that can GO OFF in your body, WILL go off!!!
Now what can one do when one is under stress?
Well, (and I know stress, believe me, I know stress), well, I try and do something that I know will relax me.
The other day my poor bladder was spasming (it always does this when I hear from my son, that's how bad our relationship is). So I knew I had to do SOMETHING or I would go nuts.
So I found a movie site on my computer that showed undersea creatures in their native habitat. You can probably find similar kinds of things to watch on your cable stations.
But for me, this was IT!!!
I sat there and watched all the lovely sea turtles, and all different kinds of fish that puff themselves up, and some fish look like their surroundings, and some fish look like different animals.
You have no idea how relaxing and calming viewing this type of film can be.
I sat there for about an hour, and I just zoned out. I forgot all my problems and I enmeshed myself in this beautifully photographed movie.
And I also told my husband "I'm going to buy the DVD of Avatar. I have seen this movie and the colors and cinematography is mind-blowing. I knew immediately, that this kind of film would just calm me.
You need to de-stress. It will save your life. I know you probably take away the stuff that is giving you stress, but just maybe you can teach your body how to react to it in a less damaging way. I do this all the time.
Doesn't matter how you do it. But do it.
Your body will be grateful.
Take care,
Melody
