Hi Kathy, So sorry you are having this issue. I attended some Biofeedback classes and I remember one hint that helped me relax my jaw was to put my lips together. When they are together. the back teeth are separated, thus less biting or pressure on teeth.
When I go to dentist, he always orders antibiotics to prevent infection.
