I take melatonin about an hour before bed, I think it helps me fall asleep better. Sometimes I still randomly wake up during the night and have a hard time getting back to sleep, not a problem I had prior to the injury. From what I understand, if you feel like you need the sleep/rest you should try to give it to yourself, it will only help. Best wishes!

I don't have a hard time falling asleep it's staying asleep that is the problem. after working light duty at work just pushing a broom around for 1-2 hrs. a day I get very fatigued. I also have lots of dizzyness and constant ringing in my ears that drives me crazy, which I am sure is adding to the fatigue. Just want to get back to being normal!
