YES! The fatigue and sleep issues have been terrible for my daughter. My daughter is 6.5 months out and the fatigue is still an issue for her. She has a terrible time getting up in the AM. It's the gating factor to getting her back to school. If she doesn't get enough sleep, she barely functions. It has gotten a much better over time.

Some people have found amitriptyline helpful with the sleep issues and headaches. My daughter used trazodone and it helped somewhat. We've tried melatonin and it didn't help her.

Also with the fatigue - I don't think most people get it. It's really different than the fatigue that we all get that we can push through. It's very debilitating.
