I think it was my left eye that had the most trouble seeing causing double vision and also my left eyebrow was tense...and it was mostly my right eyelid(and entire right side of my face) that was droopy. Overrall, the left side of my face was lifted up and tense and the right side was droopy including my mouth. I looked strange. I am so glad the Mestinon made that go away most of the time.

To answer the question, it was the eye that worked overtime that was the most droopy.
