The gene numbers confuse me...mine are DQB1..0602 and DQB1...0603.

I don't think that vitamins and minerals have mold, but they can contain yeast, sugars, and such. Mine are all yeast free, sugar free, and grain free. I am corn intolerant too, so I never eat it.

I know nothing about ghee, will have to research it.

It is difficult eating totally gluten free...everything is so easily cross contaminated. I do the best I can.

We urge all doctors to take time to listen to your patients.. don't "isolate" symptoms but look at the whole spectrum. If a patient tells you s/he feels as if s/he's falling apart and "nothing seems to be working properly", chances are s/he's right!
