I can relate, the dizziness and nausea take a lot out of me too, it is draining and very unpleasant. Maybe even the light duty chores are too much for you at this point. I feel a little crazy at times as well, sometimes thinking that it can't really be that bad and surely I'm just being a wimp or imagining things, then I push a little and am reminded that yes, it actually is that bad, and I need to stop pushing. I'm getting smarter about that though. The sleep issues have improved for me over the months. I never tried to get any sleep stuff from my doc but maybe you should ask, it may help you get more rest which will help your recovery. Don't feel guilty when you need to lay down, just do it, you need to give yourself time to heal. Hang in there!
