Hi, I also have recently been diagnosed with the same disorder. They put me on carba levadopa which replaces the dopamine in the brain which was depleted by my RSD. This and the deteriorated spine is what cause the episoeds. I have had some actual seizures but mostly myoclonic episodes. It can get better. Know that you are not alone, friend.
