Cymbalta 60mg at bed has worked well for me also. I also take 300mg Lyrica. I think it the combo helps both the pain and my mood. I still have days where it all builds up and I have a meltdown but my husband said he'd much rather give me a day than see me miserable all the time. Hope it helps your daughter.
