I'm not sure if it can be done with LKyrica or not but my insurance lets me order my meds at 3 weeks. I can't do it with my Ritalin so that may be the case with the Lyrica. But by ordering my meds at 3 weeks I'm usually never out of a med. Of course as a procrastinator sometimes I don't even order at 4 weeks!

I don't think any of us have answered your question as to whether or not there is an OTC drug you can take. I do't know of one. There are a lot of pharmacies open on weekends that you could go into and sk them. We have Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens---all of them are open.
