Check out C.2 and D. You have to take your name off their account. You have to submit statements about who the money belongs to. They have to sign statements. They'll have to either hire another caretaker or give you a credit card to use for their repairs while they travel. Do they really have a lot of repairs on a house when they travel? Is the house in that poor of condition that it requires frequent repairs or do they just travel all the time? Whatever. They have to come up with a different plan.

You can't have joint ownership or be on the title to anything that doesn't truly belong to you when you are an SSI recipient. You would have to be conservator or legal guardian.

Take action. Get documents. File an appeal. You just don't have a back pay hassle. You have a denied claim. You won't get any SSI benefits if you keep doing what you have been doing. Regardless of how disabled you are.
