Where are you transferring it from?

Do you mean you are having a hard time setting it up?

Is it the full Microsoft Outlook {what year or version} or Outlook Express that comes with Windows?

If you are wanting to use a program on your computer to get your emails - I know the Thunderbird email program the best - it's be Mozilla that has the FireFox browser.

It's free - read more here -

In fact the newest version will find your email settings for you - so it is very easy to set up.

[Mail Account Setup Wizard

Prior to this new feature you had to know your IMAP, SMTP, SSL/TLS settings. Now all you need to provide is your name, email address, and password and the new email account set up wizard will check our database and find the email settings for you.]http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/features/#get-started

Here is the MS Outlook pages that you should be able to find help & tips on - just select the year/version - there are demos & training links on the left side column. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/default.aspx
