Default Curcumin dose

Hi Togo,
This thread is 2 years old, and at that time iHerb sold 900mg tablets, containing bioperine. Being in the UK, and having to pay for freight and customs, I order a large amount each time. The one I buy is labelled
Doctor's Best, Best Curcumin C3 Complex, with BioPerine, 1000 mg, 120
See http://www.iherb.com/Doctor-s-Best-B...ets/12137?at=0
Now I take one 1,000mg tablet per day. I have tried higher levels, but did not notice any difference. I think around the 1,000mg level is near the optimum.
However, I don't think it matters much where you source it from, provided it contains bioperine (Piperine). I would not want to be accused of pushing a particular supplier. I would not say iHerb is any better than any other supplier.
Hope this helps
Ron
