I hope the new doc works out for you.
I don't know what traffic is like in your neck of the woods,
but around here, 45 mins drive is a one-way commute to work..... daily!
It takes me 1/2 hour to get to my PCP
and she's just on the other side of town.
So if the new doc doesn't work out, I think that 45 mins (1-1/2 hrs...two ways) is not too great an inconvenience.
I know that with waiting time in the doc's office, and tests and what-not,
it could shoot the better part of 1/2 day, but what the heck!
You get to see your doc.
