There is one small thing you can try for the thyroid.

Zinc and selenium are needed to convert T4 to T3, so taking a supplement that contains them may aid conversion in the tissue to active T3. Some young males are low in zinc since zinc is used in seminal fluid. So zinc may be a factor for you. Most quality multivits have both. Like Centrum.

OptiZinc is the best one for zinc alone and just one a day of that for a while is enough for most people.
