Sounds like you have been thru alot.

Were your cold areas below the knee? Or the whole leg?
Nerve damage can affect blood flow, but other things too will do it. Peripheral artery disease, is one. This is more common in smokers, but can occur in anyone. Your doctor would have to refer you to testing we call doppler in US, to see if that is your problem. Vasculitis, which is an inflammation of the arteries also can affect blood flow.
Sometimes just taking high dose antioxidants may help. Vit C 500mg and grapeseed extract 300mg are the ones most likely to help with inflammation. Also fish oil may help.
