Hi Lesley... no the oil is different. It is for cooking and massage.

I believe iherb mails to Australia..

Grapeseed extract is very common, you should be able to find it there.(it might be listed in products with "antioxidant" on the label, or it might be called polyphenols, or OPCs).

There are other benefits too, to the skin, and eyes, etc.
You need a good dose of these, 300mg a day to really see improvements.

They take a bit of time to start working, they are not like drugs. They quench free radicals and inflammation. So the effects are slow, but once they start, in a month or so, you'll notice something.
