I would also note that there is Dr. Dean Bonlie of Calgary, Canada who has a machine that he claims will do the trick. ( by the way, when I mentioned this to Dr. Sandyk he seemed to feel that it would not work!) There are some places that have the machine but... here's the snake oil warning... they say that you must have about $15,000 worth of sessions for it to work. Sounds very iffy to me!
