You are right...there are many reading this thread who are suffering with all you described.
My spring has been no fun either I have no idea what to do...I have to do what I can to keep up with the house work before the house gets condemned...just kidding. I just know that years ago I could work and keep up with the house with fibro to boot!
I have a couple of trigger points that are just killing...elbow...inside. It hurts just to brush my hands over them. I'm wearing long sleeves so they don't rub against me. I always tell my Olhipie that my skin hurts!
I was trying to find more info about injections...as for you I will not take the drugs they have created for fibro...to many side-effects!
