another helpful tip.....
the system will automatically log you out if you are not actively clicking around the forum. even typing a long post or PM will log you out if you are not clicking
the way to avoid losing what you are typing is to always check the "remember me" box when you log in. that way you stay logged in until you personally log out, and the system will not time you out
