Smile If you have a claim you let close read this!!!!!

I had a claim that I let go past the 60 days to appeal but then 8 months later I opened a new claim and what happend was the alj reopened my claim so now I'm getting backpay from the date I opened the first claim I guess I it has been less then 1 year from the close of the first claim the judge has the right to go back and look at the facts and if they find evidence that was not in that claim and it is solid and new they can make ss pay you all the way back to the start of that claim the best way to find out if you my have what it will take to do so is ask your Atty to look at your paperwork they may see somthing that they can use to make it happen it's worth a shot if you let a case close like I did it's going to my my backpay check double so don't just write it off talk to your atty for sure there are things that will need to be looked at before they can try for it so good luck to all of you and just hang on it does end there is a light at the end of the tunnel Take care,
