Hi becky,
I think you should ask your dentist to "clarify" what he means by ALL of the roots are in the sinus cavity. It is common to have a few teeth that have roots near the sinuses (or in the sinuses) but generally this pertains to the back upper teeth only and usually not all of them are like that.
Was the dentist able to remove the roots? If so, did he close the sinus opening or leave it alone?
