That's when my pain attacks the most...It must "go with the territory".

Perhaps we can ignore the pain more while we're busy and occupied with something pleasant. I know that is the only way I can get my chores & yardwork done.

The blessing comes when you have a GOOD day (or morning), then I always seem to go 'overboard"! Next comes the misery for being so foolish.
