Does anyone here know which OTC products can be combining to make a Metanx like alternative? I understand that one part of the Rx is a "better" folic acid which is bio-available.

Thanks!
Metanx = Folate 1mg + Vitamin B5 + Vitamin B12(alternative for metanx)
How to take by mouth 1 tablet of each twice daily with meals.

For the best results remember to take at the same time is possible. It may take a few weeks before you may notice an improvement in your neuropathy.
Good Luck!
