Default Hi....

My apologies..I don`t know Ibby but as a fellow suffere I wish to pass on my blessing and prayers for some improvement to her present condition.

Interesting about neck and spine alignment.Several years ago, since being diagnosed,I could barely walk. My shoulders were hunched,my right arm was rigid and permanently clasped across the front of myu body/.I could b arely shuffle and had to go upstairts on my hands and knees.
TYhen my sister in law who is a physio...took me in hand literally.
She drew a simple diagram of my posture.I was aghast.I looked like a gnarled and twisted tree trunk. She then re-aligned my spine and boy did it feel odd to begin with.I had previously thought I was standing straight so this newly corrected posture felt awkward and alien.
However, she freed my limbs with mmanipulation, explaining how each muscle works and what was happening in my body/brain. Within the hour believe it opr n ot,I was walking normally...I had to focus and concentrate on tellin g my legs and feet what to do but practised walking up and down my living room until it came as second nature.
I have never looked back
Come to think about it,I used to get terrible headaches and pain in my neckl.I was holding them stiffly without realising it.My jaw seemed permanently frozen [my family would say "I wish...lol" and I realised I was holding my entire frame in a rigid fashion and the non affected limbs were trying to compensate for the dodgy bits. They were working doubly hard therefore I tired very easilty.
I describe my turn of events as "my sister in law opening me up"
It was like I`d been UNFOLDED.
I urge everyone to go for physio. It gave me ,my life back.
x
