Read up on Mrs D's posts, depending on what meds you are on? Many anti-depressants and anti-seizure meds [such as neurontin] are well known to deplete your ability to asorb calcium. Calcium along with magnesium and Vite D are key to keeping many 'twitches' at bay. But don't just take ONE pill and expect a miracle? It'll take about 14-30 days for it to really work, and besides, in the meantime? It can't hurt you. Follow the dosage, maybe ask your docs for a complete metabolic blood panel? Sometimes, they mite have done it already? And have a copy? GET IT IF THEY DO! And, if they haven't ? Bet a lite bulb will go off and they will do it!
