Catra, why don't you contact the physical therapist that you worked with and ask her what type of unit they used and on what settings. Another idea is to have your doctor write a prescription for one that he thinks would work best. I think that any medical supply place would probably be able to order one for you and that way you could get some instruction on how to use the unit as well as an outlet for the supplies that you will need.
