That is a good site. Has hyperlinks to help you navigate.

But it references the Red Book too.

The work incentives are so complex, I think it can be really hard to absorb and understand the rules the first time you hear them, that it really does take gathering data from a variety of sources. Just remember that SSA is the official source. But some employees give bad information as well.
