I hope to get back into Neurotalk, as it did help me so much. I'm very busy right now. I'm also battling depression right now. Not fun.

I do much better with my TOS and related symptoms. It's been a long road to recovery... expensive too.

Some of the simpliest things helps me too... and some were not so cheap. It takes a willingness to try things and an ability to recognize the positive and negatives things for each individual.

TOS makes things complicated.
