I hope you dont mind me mentioning this, but based on your previous post I noted you said you had been drinking............
If you use a lot of alcohol, you may want to consider whether that is perhaps what is causing at least some of your symptoms.
I am not saying this *is* the cause of your symptoms, but just suggesting it as a possible area to investigate further if you know that your alcohol use is more than moderate
