Here is my pic of the Royal Poinciana tree in bloom for a short period around this time every year. They are my fav trees. I like seeing the strong colors.
Facebook has these trees in Farmville and calls them Gulmohar trees. By either name, they are gorgeous.






Royal Poinciana Tree -- found in S. FL, South Texas, the low deserts of Southern Arizona (to as high as Tucson), Southern California, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Caribbean, Madagascar, India, and so on.
