Yesterday was the first day in several weeks, that I did not need a nap.
I also stayed awake until 11pm! (instead of going to bed around 9pm)
on my day off.
Today will be a work day... a good test to see how my stamina really is.
It is a night shift too. Sunday I have a day shift..another good test.
This day/night shift work is what seems to be messing me up. (in the past I have tried to keep my shifts more stable..all days or all nights) I can't control that factor now, at this job the same way.
I am also having somewhat less pain in my neck and head. I've had a low grade headache neckache for several weeks too.
I didn't expect any effects until after a week at least. So now I am going to
have to guard against being TOO energized, I guess!
