NAC twice a WEEK? not enough

Can't have it both ways, most of the time.

But we are here for information, so do keep us up to date with your experiment. One never knows what will help.
The conflicts in reasoning are because quite frankly I don't know. It could be metal or toxin overload of pesticide. These things hide in fat, tissue and bone and will not always show up in the blood and hair. My body has been thru the ringer over the years I guess, so it could be many things. That is why I am here

Yeah I take Milk Thistle and Selenium both of which provide a glutathione boost. I reserve NAC for sinus infections, virus and flu. I feel things can lose their effectiveness if I take them all the time. Plus there is some lung or COPD problems it can cause with people and I have a left lung issue that gets pretty bad in the summer.

Part of my detox regimen consists of a couple drops Fulvic Acid in a glass of Wheatgrass juice a couple times a weak followed by NAC to help the bad stuff exit. I always seem to get that same pulling feeling and then after a couple hours it goes away. Chlorophyll does this to me as well. All these things including ALA can give me these symptoms and breathing problems with my left lung.

There are people on other forums who take ALA before every meal and then throw on NAC and other antioxidants for extra protection when eating unhealthy food. For the extra glutathione detox effects. Likewise there are people who take it before drinking with other things to reduce hangover. Its a pretty versatile supplement, depending on what your goals are.

Overall, I think all these things are good but maybe not strong enough and that is my reasoning for trying OSR.
