Default third attempt at fixing anuerysm

I am new to this site so thank you for reading my post.
I had my first brain surgery on july 5, 2000 for a right opthalmic brain anuerysm. it was encased in bone so they wrapped the piece that was above the bone.. I went home, recovery took over two years. I have minor short term memory issues, loss of executive functioning, and need to read and listen to instructions in order to get things right. I basically had to learn to live with the fact i had an inoperable annie. couldn't clip and wide neck they couldn't coil.

I became symptomatic that the anuerysm was expanding two years ago, double vision in both eyes, headaches, pulsing in head. My NS suggested that I have a stent and coil placed since it is a wide neck anuerysm and cannot be coiled without a stent. The first attempt to stent was unsucessful, it did not cover the neck, then it migrated, the second stent apparently did not cover it as well. I am going back in on June 17th, they are not sure whether they will just place a third stent or place a coil. Needless to say, i feel pretty scared because this thing has not responded to treatment, has anyone else basically been dealing with an inoperable anuerysm for 10 years. Also if the coiling is sucessful can you bend over and lift 20lb bags of mulch, or grandbabies. Can you run 5 mile marathons that get your heart rate up, or lift weights in the gym.

I would like to know what restrictions you have after this operation is over. I have not been able to recieve an answer that I understand. thank you very much
