You definately don't look your age ! I sometimes to feel the same way, and going to the hairdresser or anything that pampers YOU will make you feel better. That's what I do when I am having a down day or week. I go tanning !! It makes feel so much better and not having the warmth and sun in the winter, it helps me.

You will slowly make your way back to yourself, just got to have patience.

Go make yourself feel beautiful ! (not that your no talready !)
