Careful on dosing too late. D-Ribose will keep you up late. Kinda like ALCAR x 6. The best thing I found was Magnesium Oil for sore muscles. I use it daily along with CoQ10.

I have been using Magnesium Oil for the last year with some definite releif. I also have what's called a Fir Infrared Sauna and whenever I get unbearably sore. I jump in there.
