I like you burn like crazy when in the sun. Since I have had RSD (for over 5 years now) I just do not go out in the sun because I wear a pain patch and I can't get my body warm else the medicine releases too much and it can cause death. So, I now have translucent skin and I am whiter than copy paper!!! I found Vaseline Intensive Care-Healthy Body Glow. It is moisturizer with a touch of self tanner and it works real good on my fair skin. Plus, I don't get dizzy like when I go outside in the heat and it looks great. It does come off in the bath but you can start again and put it on every day. My skin is not as dry as when I use it and I look much healthier and feel better too. I don't resemble a ghost too:.) Also, make sure you can go in the sun first before doing so because some meds say you should not. Best of luck,
