Is this part of RSD?

Hi Ada, Sorry to hear of your additional problems. I had the same issues as my RSD spread to other hand, legs, and both feet etc. I found water therapy the most helpful. massage therapy was excellent to keep from freezing up. along with physical therapy. A nerf ball or soft squeezie ball is helpful for keeping motion. Something that felt good to my hands and feet are those waxing machines with the warm wax and then put plastic over hands and soft mitten. My Dr. ordered a Tens Unit for my hands. I feel it helped.
My spasms went body wide and became quite violent, like electric shocks that would raise my head off the pillow. Neuotin 3200 mg a day helped and actually stopped them, but hated it, gained weight. I was on a long time, but gradually went off and rarely get the spasms.
Hope this helps a little. Wishing you the best, your friend, loretta
