Hi I take trazodone for sleep. I have the rsd but they have not mentioned that it might help the pain. After a month or so on it the wierd dreams stopped and I was still sleeping good at night. With out it I can not rest at night. Ambien was given to me to add to it on bad pain nights but if I take two like the doctor said I usally sleep a good 6 hours before the pain comes back through and the tossing and turning starts.
