I've had vibration feelings in the abdomen when I have some
GI irritation. Mostly on the left side. I don't get them often, but late at night in bed if I ate something I shouldn't have. The next day, sure enough, I am loose and/or crampy. Sometimes it precedes a GI bug type thing too. I don't have it often tho.

I know to stay away from hot spicy food (like chilis), MSG or cabbage and its relatives. I also have to avoid fructose and most sugars now. If I behave or am not coming down with something, I am okay. I know this feeling...the throbbing, trembling thing..and it is very disturbing.
