Default Yep, you just caught the train

Spasms and RSD nearly always go hand in hand (ouch that pun even hurt me), but there are many options awaiting you down at the drugstore. Now the trick is in figuring out which one or combo will ease or eliminate this problem. The reason I mention ease is because spasms can get rather intensive. Like to the point where they've literally blown be out of chairs, and there wasn't a thing I could about it other than be embarrassed to living death after bouncing twice upon floor impact.

As soon as you explain this latest symptom to the doc he'll write out a script which may or may not work, but don't panic. It took us months and months before we came up with the right cocktail of multiple medications at the right dosage so they finally eased (but have never stopped) up enough so now they're just bloody annoying but not near as painful. The next time someone calls you a spaz, they mean it, but so are we so it's always nice to meet someone new to our weird body acting group. Bob.

Is this part of RSD?

The pictures were in video form so I could't download them.
