I tried it for a while. it was very relaxing, but that was about the only real effect I got. It did seem to help with the pain and I would come home and go straight to my bed for a nap, and it was a deep and relaxing sleep... but not one that was worth $65 a pop 3 days a week.

Like dmpl said... I think it varies person to person, Kind of like how I enjoy ice and electrical stimulation on my back whereas others would experience pain from the ice.
