I swear by oral magnesium. I take 400 mg. before I go to bed. It helped with the constipation for awhile but doesn't seem to help as much anymore. Where I really notice the difference is with the tremors and twitching. As soon as I started taking it the tremors in my hands went away. My fork stopped shaking when I eat and I noticed things stopped jumping out of my hands. Also all of those annoying muscle twitches, especially in my legs disappeared. Once I ran out and it took me awhile to get to the store to get more supplements. All the twitches and tremors came back. Once I got back on it again they stopped. Now I make sure I never run out!! It's amazing stuff--I assume I had a magnesium deficiency.
