I've been slacking.

And I need to get in shape for vacation too. I've been working hard with short breaks and it's too hot to go for walks on lunch. I need to get my heinie out of this chair and get on the elliptical for 30 minutes before work. I promise I will too and then do about ten minutes of boxing moves. Tomorrow I need to do my gut busters too, I'm developing a muffin top, lol.
